Indiana Corn Casserole

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and celery in butter until soft. Stir in the flour, then the sour cream and cream cheese. Add the corn and 3/4 of the bacon, then season to taste.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Garnish with the remaining bacon and the parsley. Bake until lightly browned.
  3. Plate and serve.
