Indiana Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 strips bacon, bite-size pieces, cooked
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/2 ea onion, chopped
- 1/2 C celery, chopped
- 3 T flour
- 1 C sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 lbs corn
- 1 T parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Sauté the onion and celery in butter until soft. Stir in the flour, then the sour cream and cream cheese. Add the corn and 3/4 of the bacon, then season to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Garnish with the remaining bacon and the parsley. Bake until lightly browned.
- Plate and serve.
